Hughes Engineering is seeking entry and mid-level process engineers to support capital expansions in the aseptic filling and finishing operations.
Candidates will work with existing site engineers to perform feasibility studies as well as cycle development work under Engineering Studies (formal protocols) focused on aseptic filling equipment, isolators, parts washers and autoclaves. Work to include technical process understanding to establish system matrices for products and commodities, protocol development, execution of testing to define process parameters/capability to include recipe development and CPP/KPP identification.
Hughes Engineering is seeking entry and mid-level process engineers to support engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements – cGMP compliant design practices and procedures around pharmaceutical operations. Working knowledge in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology/Aseptic Fill & Finish Facilities preferred. The successful candidate will assist a larger team to design, install, startup, commission and validate a new vial filling line. Some experience in automation and controls is preferred.
